This work has as objective to show the project and the execution of a prototype of an automate system to matrizeiros poultry feeding (eggs production). Without the automate implementation, the poultry feeding usually takes place from the manual feed weighin that imply in employees usage and possible mistakes in the weighin and in consequence failure in animals feeding, impairing eggs development. The proposed prototype consists in show that is possible to take all the existing manual process out and substitute for an automated process and even show its benefits for an eventual implementation in the real process on a farm. The real implementation can, in the same way as in the prototype, to be developed through the usage of CLP XC 100 and CodeSys programing software like a small supervision system. This work shows that the automate development in the matrizeiros poultry feeding system is viable, since the automate costs are quickly paid through the work hours reduction expended by the employees in the poultry feeding that currently is done in a manual way. |
