This work presents the adaptation of an elevator ride-load in the standard regulatory-12, which seeks the complete safety of the equipment and its operator. antique pieces have been replaced have been damaged by modern components and have satisfactory performance, programming logic has been completely modified using a programmable logical controller SCHMERSAL PSCBR-C-100, which is widely used for this safety function, magnetic locks with double contact avoid any risk to the operator, totally modified structure using stainless steel because of unhealthy environmental conditions. The changes have left the equipment in working condition avoiding any risk to the operator, which was the main focus of this implementation. |
