Currently the industry sector has several obstacles, to remain in the highly competitive market, from production to delivery of products or services. One of the factors of relevance is in the planning and development of projects that allow improvement in manufacturing processes, speed and efficiency in the delivery of them and also the reduction of expenses with raw material and labor. The present work presents the idealization and execution of an automated system to refine furniture pieces, in order to streamline the process, increase the precision, reduce the time spent by the operator, resulting in a production gain and a decrease in cost with edge ribbons. It was developed an easy access for the operator equipped with an emergency button, to protect the equipment, a frequency inverter was installed to regulate the speed of the gearmotor, providing a better finish for the material. |
