His central idea is the replacement of mechanical transmission components such as gear boxes, variable speed, by three-phase induction motors. The first pump moves the mass, the second vides an articulator that the product and chain conveyor that takes the product of the machine, and the third torturers creating the sausage slices. All engines are driven by inverters. In addition to the mechanical design and execution, the work shows the electrical diagram highlighting Power and control circuits, such as connection terminals of motors, inverters, relays, sensors and other components used. The project behind detailed drawings of the assembly of the parts that were changed, and the measures of axis changed. It also brings calculations and methods used for the design of some components such as belts, pulleys and couplings. Still shows graphs and tables with data collected before and after the execution of the project and the results obtained with the equipment. It also shows the preventive work orders the equipment before and after the modification. O trabalho consiste no projeto e execução da modificação de um equipamento de embutimento de salsicha. A idéia principal é a substituição de componentes mecânicos de transmissão, como caixas redutores e variadores de velocidade, por três motores indução trifásicos. O primeiro movimenta a bomba de massa, o segundo um articulador que proporciona o produto e o transportador de corrente que retira o produto da máquina, e o terceiro torce a salsicha criando gomos. Todos os motores são acionados por inversores de frequência. Além do projeto mecânico e execução, o trabalho mostra os diagramas elétricos destacando circuitos de força e comando, tais como bornes de ligação dos motores, inversores, reles, sensores e demais componentes utilizados. O projeto apresenta desenhos detalhados da montagem das partes que sofreram modificações, bem como as medidas dos eixos modificados. Mostra também cálculos e métodos utilizados para o dimensionamento de alguns componentes como correias, acoplamentos e polias. Ainda, apresenta gráficos e tabelas com dados coletados antes e depois da execução do projeto bem como os resultados obtidos com o equipamento.
