Created with the goal of assisting in the learning process of the students of Degree in Industrial Maintenance Technology, this paper presents the development of a didactic bench cooling systems able to simulate some of the failures that occur in those. Using the cooling system of an air conditioner, it was modified by adding more components so that it can simulate the desired faults manually, triggered by commands in buttonholes, or an automated, computer-driven command using a device PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) programmed to simulate faults and make the temperature reading. The bench test was made in the laboratory sized and mechanical processes of UTFPR - Campus Medianeira - PR, using mechanical processes, welding and programming. |
