Resumo: The present study intends to analyze the main visual graphic projects existing in the Pinhais Worker's Agency and from this, to propose new alternatives more appropriate to the target public. Therefore, the need to develop an identity that fits the worker's agency is verified, so that the promotional materials are developed and applied. The main problem encountered is the issue of disclosure and access to information in a clear and objective manner. Through this work, an analysis of the graphic designs in the agency is carried out, as well as field research, research with the attendants, analysis of similarities, use of the basic principles of design proposed by Robbin Williams, poster research, research referring to the Municipality, Research regarding the context of the economic crisis in Brazil and from this, to elaborate new graphical proposals that offer the user the necessary information for the best use of the services offered by the agency, in a clear and effective way. The project methodology will be based on the author Ambrose and Harris (2011), which aims to propose design solutions for an existing demand, and consists of seven steps: defining, researching, generating ideas, testing prototypes, selecting, implementing and learning . Six graphic materials will be produced: a banner referring to the services offered by the agency, to be placed at the entrance of the agency, two smaller banners referring to the dissemination of the Sine easy application and the dissemination of the schedule through the internet and three flyers containing documentation information for the portfolio work, step-by-step operation of the application and step-by-step internet scheduling. All the materials followed the same visual identity defined from the research performed.
