The present project aims to perform usability tests on TomTom GPS application and suggest solutions that solve the problems encountered during the search. Discusses the optimal number of users for the execution of the tests and establishes a profile for their execution. Shows the usabilities tests as well as all the study that led into the results of their analysis and opinions, strengths and difficulties of users in relation to the application. It also includes a review of competitive products, finding the strengths and weaknesses of them to assist the development of solutions to the problems for the app in question. For conclusion, it’s shows a propose for a better interaction between GPS and users. |
