Financial management is an extremely important component. Perform administration
of a business and includes several distinct functions, and is intended to finance the
sector that makes everything happen, driving all the other departments that make up
an organization. The role of the financial manager is to ensure that capital is
available in appropriate amounts, at the right time and at the lowest cost. If not, the company can not survive because the highly competitive world market today. The
present study is thematic seek knowledge to develop a diagnostic business allowing
an overview of the study to be initiated. Thus, this implies observe and analyze key
financial analysis techniques essential to the manager to get close to assertiveness
in decision making. The study objectives are to conduct a literature search on terms
related to the subject; analyze the functioning of the financial sector of the company in order to suggest improvements and support for decision making; perform a
financial analysis aimed at decision making and develop a diagnosis business based
on the data obtained. |
