Resumo: The present study proposes to identify which governance characteristics to be studied with the general objective of analyzing the governance characteristics for artisanal confectionary and bakery producers in the municipality of Pato Branco PR. Through data analysis, it proposes a structure of governance for local producers contemplating the cooperation and coordination of different actors involved. To this end, we present elements found in the literature that characterize the cooperation between the local producers, which were analyzed through a pre-structured questionnaire survey. As a main result, this document presents two proposals for a governance model that will serve as a reference for other production models. In order to reach the main objective, the research analyzed the profile of the producers, followed by potential clients and possible partner institutions for the artisanal producers of confectionery and baking. From the questionnaires made to the producers, 76% of a total of 25 of the total universe of the research was returned. From these data, in addition to the information collected, a content analysis was performed where the results show that the sector can be more productive, competitive from a good management of governance structure.
