The main objective of this study is to analyze the relationship of people management with existing labor shares in a great company of the city of Pato Branco - PR. And to realize this goal was delimited some specific goals: to investigate the frequency of labor shares in a large company in the city of Pato Branco - PR; systematize the determinants points to the occurrence of labor disputes; verify the procedures of managing people in a company and; consider how to avoid or mitigate the labor lawsuits from people management. The methodology used for this research was initially a literature review and presenting concepts related to the theme, such as Human Resource Management, Personnel Management, Labor Law. Data collection was done through qualitative interviews with open questions in which the goal was to investigate the frequency of labor shares in a large company. The interview was recorded and transcribed after the information collected in the chapter Data Analysis and Presentation followed by a general analysis. Initially the goal was to find four companies of the city of Pato Branco, PR, however, only one of the companies agreed to participate in the interview. Thus, in relation to the researched company, it suffers around 50 monthly labor actions, giving a percentage of 5% of the employees. It was identified during the field survey that the company seeks to retain good employees in the company. The Talent Retention is a practice of strategic management in which the company promotes loyalty with their employees. Through policies and practices to be developed through a specific program for each organization, companies offer attractive means to its employees for growth, encouragement, and professional and personal development. Starting from presenting it follows that labor disputes could be avoided or mitigated by the management of people. |
