Resumo: This study aimed to analyze the profile of construction workers with the existing relations between the professions sector. The research was located in the Southwest region of the state of Paraná. Considering this purpose , specific objectives were : Diagnosing the professional profile of the workforce of the construction of Itapejara D`Oeste - PR ; Identify the level of explicit knowledge of the professionals on the field of building construction ; Identify the skills and abilities of construction professionals , and finally , to establish similarities between meeting the demands of consumers of services . In terms of the construction of the theoretical framework were discussed concepts of professional profile, skills, and training. In methodological terms, characterized by predominantly quantitative approach and presented in the form of a case study, and their data collected through structured questionnaire conducted with questionnaires applied to the target audience of research workers. Therefore considered as a criterion for the analysis of the results obtained, the professional profile and social profile basics. From the analysis established, it was found significant results as the knowledge level of workers' skills and their ability to remain in the labor market, allowing support strategies to improve the living conditions of workers. And in this sense it was found that provides greater efficacy for compliance of labor relations and competitiveness in the Construction Industry.
