The aim was to analyze the control system the conservation and stock of vaccines
used in the warehouse of aaviarist company in the Southwest of Paraná. The proper
inventory control can allow administrators to make decisions that enhance the activity
results. The work of completion of course attempted view and propose improvements
to contribute to the processes and inventory controls of the company. Checked the
flow of the stock vaccine in detail in order to avoid failures and loss processes.With
proper control, the company will enhance the activities, executing them with quality
and increased profits. Finally, we suggested the proposed changes by emphasizing
the importance of a good control when needed. |
