This study is based on the problematic presented around the leadership practices in the management of intercultural teams, in the context of the insertion of Haitian immigrants into already structured work teams. Thus, objectives were aligned in order to identify management practices which have contributed to meeting the expectations of workers and Organization in order to promote the integration of these immigrants into the organization in industries mechanical, food and construction sectors of the municipality of Pato Branco-PR. Therefore, We considered structured processes that allow the development of practices, skills and management skills focused on interculturality, under a methodological approach guided by the qualitative and research with characteristics based on a focus group with workers and managers, where the results found in the analysis, showed that the expectations of Haitian workers and Organizations are far from reality, facing difficulties of communication and adaptation to culture, making it impossible to meet the expectations of both parties, and the discussion in the need for joint actions between companies, civil society and organized and state, for better development of intercultural practices and adaptation of immigrants, bringing benefits to local development from the rich exercise of diversity in its broadest sense. |
