Resumo: The development of the root system of soybean in no-till presents physical developments that can change according to the plow mechanism used in sowing. The objective of this work was to evaluate root development of soybean in no-tillage system, using different mechanisms furrowers. Seeds were sown with -adubadora-till seeder, drag, brand Win All ®, model SA 14600, with system "jumps stone." The design was a randomized block design with four replications, totaling eight experimental units. Using two mechanisms furrowers, the double disk mechanism and the mechanism rod type. The roots were collected in the reproductive phase R2 soybean, the line spacing and seeding. The collected roots were further analyzed by Sapphire software. Evaluated the diameter, length, area and volume of roots. Also we evaluated the soil physical factors, density, porosity, macro and micro as well as the mobilized area of soil at sowing and sowing depth. There were significant differences for some factors in the sowing line at a depth of 0.10-0.20 and 0.20-0.30 m. The use of double disc type trencher mechanism showed greater root development than the rod type.
