Resumo: Corn is the most produced and consumed cereal in the world. Among the countless techniques used to increase this crop productivity, the use of micronutrients in seed treatment is often highlighted. Thus, the objective of the current study was to evaluate the effect of micronutrients dosages on corn yield and its components. The experiment was conducted in the 2012/13 growing season in the experimental area of Federal University of Technology of Paraná located on Campus Pato Branco. The experimental design consisted of a randomized blocks design with four repetitions. Five doses of the product Vigor Gran (0, 100, 200, 300, 400 mL ha-1) and a control treatment with zinc sulfate (20% concentration) at a dose of 100 ml h-1 were tested on seed treatment. The yield components number of rows per ear, number of grains per ear, thousand grain weight and grain yield were evaluated. The application of micronutrients dosages did not significantly influence the evaluated traits, demonstrating that at the tested condition, there was no need to apply micronutrients.
