Resumo: Usually, the fertilization is done for the grain crop, not paying attention in pasture fertilization neither fertilization system. In the southern region of Brazil is very usual crop cultivation in sequence to the pasture, but greater limitation for the cool-season pasture is the availability of N and K. The objective of this trial will be to evaluate the yield components of maize in the summer, under different doses of Potassium and Nitrogen fertilization, used in winter black oat pasture or fertilization is applied over corn crop. The question is: Is it possíble to decrease or eliminate corn fertilization on integrated crop-livestock system as a result of the inversion of fertilization? The experiment will be carried out in the experimental area of UTFPR - PB from 2016 to 2017 in Pato Branco, southwest of the state of Paraná. The experimental design will be of randomized blocks with three replicates. Four levels of fertilization will be used, with oats being used as cover crops, with no harvest, and for forage production, under cuts; the following doses will be used for nitrogen fertilization: 200-0; 150-50; 50-150; 0-200 kg of N in winter and summer respectively. Similarly, for potassium fertilization: 200-0; 150-50; 50-150; 0-200 kg of K, for winter and summer respectively. The application of the phosphorus will be carried out on the day of planting incorporating it into the soil in simple superphosphate form. The sowing of black oat will be done in no-till system, with spacing of 17 cm between rows, with depth of 2 to 3 cm, the seeding density will be 100 kg ha-1. Each experimental unit will be composed of 21.6 m² of area, and each plot will be subdivided in half, where in one half will be done regular cuts and the other one the no-cut regime. The defoliation of the forage will be carried out using lawn mower, when the measurement of sward canopy height reaches 30 cm. The cut will bem done at 15cm aboveground. To obtain forage production, before each cut, samples of 0.25 m² will be taken in each experimental unit, samples will be cut so that it remains 15 cm in height remaining. The corn that will be sown on 10/20/2016, a hybrid of Dekalb, DKB 290, presents high yields, early cycle, with VT PRO 3TM technology, with a population of 70 thousand plants / ha-1. The sowing will be done in no-till system, spacing 0.45 m between rows. Atanor glyphosate herbicide, with doses of 3.5-4 L / ha-1, mixed in a 200 liter / ha-1 syrup volume, will be carried out when the plants reach the developing V4 stage. To evaluate the performance components, the following evaluations will be held: Spindle diameter; Spike size; Spike weight; Number of rows per spike; Number of grains per spike; Mass of one thousand grains; Total grain yield. It is expected that in the treatment where the cuts will be made the total harvestable crop production will be higher than that of the plant for cover and that in the cut treatment the corn production will be higher.
