Internal audit plays an important role in the current context of the organizations,
assisting the process of management in carrying out their activities in an efficiently and effectively way, in order to maintain business continuity. For the survey, a literature search was initially conducted and its application in a case study form and exploratory research conducted in a hospital in the city of Pato Branco, where we, through the implementation of the internal auditing in the financial and patrimonial sector, evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of internal controls, allowing us to learn about the areas examined and write the report of the internal audit in order to evaluate, recommend, suggest in relation to the detected problems. |
