The conception of the project phase represents a small parcel on the construction costs composition but has considerable influence on the final costs of the undertaking project. Several issues found on edifications occur based in the failure of the project phase, not by the means of the executive methods neither by the materials used but also because of the inefficacy in the attribution and disposition of the edification medium, which links directly to the geometric resolution adopted by the architectural project. This paper is the result of a theoretical research which goals to determine the project indicators that weighs directly in the aspects of quality an economy. It is then proposed an evaluation methodology of the architectural projects which serves as a model of evaluation of its quality and economic efficiency, with the means to demonstrate its usage viability as an evaluation/assistance tool on the decisions made by the project manager. |
