The results provided by test pits determined the thickness and in situ condition of the pavement. The homogeneous segments were classified according to their structural condition using DNER PRO 011/79 B and the rehabilitation solutions of each segment was defined using Catálogo de Soluções de Manutenção para Pavimentos Flexíveis/DNIT methodology. The pavement structure was calculated according to DNER method in the homogeneous segments were the full reconstruction is required. With the deflectometric basins data collected with FWD equipment, provided by DAER/RS, the BAKFAA software through backcalculation obtained the resilient modulus. Using ELSYM5 software, by mechanistic analysis concepts, it was evaluated the deformation of structure (D), specific tensile strais in lower fiber coating (εt) and subgrade tensile strain (εv), which provided values to apply performance models for fatigue and permanent deformation, enabling to obtaining the N number of standard axles for each rehabilitation solution. In addition, the pavement rehabilitation services were budget using Sistema de Custos Rodoviários do DNIT (SICRO). The recycling pavement rehabilitation solution offer a higher cost in relation to the rehabilitation alternative proposed. Therefore, in road design is essential detailed evaluations of the pavement structure to obtain the rehabilitation solution, which meet the better cost benefit. O presente estudo tem como objetivo apresentar uma alternativa para o projeto de reciclagem empregado na restauração da rodovia ERS-324, bem como apresentar um comparativo de custos. As espessuras e a situação do pavimento in situ foram obtidas através da interpretação dos dados de sondagens. Utilizando a norma DNER PRO 011/79 B, classificou-se os segmentos homogêneos de acordo com sua situação estrutural e aplicando a metodologia do Catálogo de Soluções de Manutenção para Pavimentos Flexíveis/DNIT encontrou-se a solução recomendada para cada segmento homogêneo. Nos segmentos homogêneos onde foi prevista a reconstrução do pavimento, a estrutura foi dimensionada conforme o método do DNER. Com os dados de bacias deflectométricas coletadas com o equipamento FWD, disponibilizadas pelo DAER/RS, utilizou-se o software BAKFAA para obter o módulo de resiliência in situ através de retroanálise. Por meio do software ELSYM5, adotando-se os conceitos de análise mecanicista avaliou-se a deflexão total da estrutura (D), as deformações específicas de tração na fibra inferior do revestimento (εt) e de deformação no topo do subleito (εv), as quais forneceram valores para, em seguida, aplicar modelos de desempenho de fadiga e deformação permanente de modo a permitir a obtenção do número N de eixos padrões para cada solução definida. Além disso, empregando o sistema de custos rodoviários (SICRO) do DNIT, orçou-se os serviços de cada alternativa. A prática da reciclagem de pavimentos, apresentou-se com um custo mais elevado em relação à alternativa proposta.
