The study contributed to a more appropriate reflection about sustainable construction in civil construction, through data obtained from literature searches, which were researched materials and components in the existent market in the energetic and water sustainable issue, thus it is able to list requirements for sustainable housing that are actually feasible for implementation in the city of Pato Branco. This monograph, entitled “Rationalization of Energy and Water Consumption in Medium Standard Houses”, aims to provide sustainable solutions to streamline, economy, production and reuse of energy and water bounded on medium standard housing units in the city Pato Branco, which can make the production of these units significantly lower, decreasing its value in household budgeting, contributing to the effectiveness of environmental activities in local and global level and adding value to the life quality of individuals and the community. |
