Resumo: Nowadays is required from the professionals of civil constructions to make projects more nimble, innovative and more molded according with market´s necessities; buildings that integrate aesthetics, functionality, reduced environmental impacts, and lower costs as well. When the design phase has its relevance recognized, the projects goes more complete to the field. Thus, the construction process flows faster because it will not be necessary to reduce the efficiency of the activities or waste time looking for solutions. Also, the process becomes more economic once doesn't exist wastes with reworks, which decrease the environmental impact either. Therefore, there is an increase in the competitiveness of the edification in the market. At this perspective, professionals has also to change. The necessity of specialization in different areas made the engineers began to work alone looking for a best productivity, because of the pressure of the market for better productiveness. More incompatibilities between the projects started to appear with that. In contrast, specialists who can work in a multidisciplinary environment tend to develop more elaborated projects. The compatibility of projects comprises the identification of the interferences which are determined by overlaying projects in their phase of conception. After that, the team of designers must agree with the best solution for each case. This study looks the adequacy between the architectural and the complementary projects of a single-family residency located in the city of Pato Branco in the state of Paraná using the tridimensional software of modeling called SketchUp.
