Resumo: Even with the current and constantly updated rules and laws with the intention of minimizing the impacts of pollution sources of the construction system, the RCC management is currently disabled. This study had the aim of performing an analysis of the waste management system in the construction, in Pato Branco County - PR, checking the situation of collection, transportation and final destination. Giving prominence to developing a checklist evaluating 31 items, based on the implantation and operation directives of transshipment areas, sorting, landfill and recycling regarding to the 15112/2004, 15113/2004 and 15114/2004 NBR's, involved in the final disposal process, which served as an assistance to obtain the results, as well as the production of a mapping of RCC deposition visited areas. As feasibility of implementing the checklist, it has been made an investigation of recycling areas, proposing then a synthesized table with relevant items to the case study. It has also been made a literature review of losses occurrences in construction sites, associating the works visited during this study. Using the Ângulo et al. methodology (2011) with some adaptations, it has got the amount of the generation of waste construction and demolition by two methods: direct and indirect, being possible to note the results discrepancy.
