Aiming the efficiency in information management in civil construction in all its processes up to the final product, the market presented the need for technological evolution, establishing parameters in the implementation of the BIM (Building Information Modeling) platform. The integration between all the systems comprised of a building and information granted simultaneously between trained professionals, efficiently enhances and enhances the operation of the work to be managed. Therefore, the focus of this work is to address the importance of the interrelationship between the projects, carrying out the 3D modeling of projects with the help of the BIM platform, and their subsequent compatibilization. Demonstrate that for all the detected faults there are possible solutions still in the elaboration phase, and that will benefit the good development in the execution of the construction. As a result of all the information and aspects presented, the results of this work were satisfactory. In the first stage, performing the survey of data provided by the designers, and in the second stage the modeling of the projects. With the help of the BIM platform, in the third phase one can then detect the conflicts and incompatibilities between the interfaces of the architectural and structural systems. In advance to describe the possible solutions to the failures, the largest numbers of localized occurrences were 13 columns with incompatible positioning. |
