The methodology involved visits to the environment and also interviews with users through questionnaires as data collection. Through an analysis, both houses obtained satisfactory results on the part of the users, which satisfies another objective of the work, which is the development of a greater cultural acceptance for the proposed system. Universidade Tecnológica Federal do Paraná (UTFPR) Sabendo da importância da percepção dos usuários de casas construídas com o Sistema Construtivo Light Steel Frame (LSF) para o aprimoramento do mesmo no Brasil, esse trabalho tem como objetivo, através da metodologia de Avaliação Pós Ocupação, avaliar a aceitação e a percepção do sistema construtivo LSF por parte do usuário, comparando com as suas experiências em edificações que utilizam tecnologias tradicionais, que já são aceitas culturalmente; avaliação do estado de conservação das casas e possíveis patologias surgidas durante a ocupação; além da confrontação da percepção do usuário quanto ao desempenho térmico-acústico com medições in loco. A metodologia envolveu visitas ao ambiente e também entrevistas feitas com os usuários através de questionários como coleta de dados.
