Resumo: The proposed objective for this work was to understand how the speeches that come from quilombola’s school, as these speeches, in the voices of school officials, are construct and give support to an identity constitution. Since this is an ethnic-cultural community in particular we also aimed, to observe within the discourse, what are the specificities that guide the existence of a quilombola school in other words, why it is required and what are their conditions of existence. This research is justified by the need to understand the constitution of a living educational element in the society, having relevance because it is a research that permeates the identity comprehension, but that also seeks to observe the subjectivity of being quilombola. The data analyzed were drawn from a casual conversation discussion realized with quilombola school leaders and teachers from the Letras course, PIFIC participants Brazil-Angola, from the Universidade Tecnológica Federal do Paraná and exchange students coming from African countries. With the development of the study, the data was read, separated into categories of analysis, following the principles of discourse analysis of French orientation. The corpus was divided into three broad categories, for a better understanding of the study, they are: blackness issues: the quilombola being, that addresses identity formation issues of his being; resistant discourses : quilombola school why?, which deals with speeches expressing resistance to domination; and finally, the constitution of quilombola school, which seeks to understand around the identity construction of the school.
