The importance of the debate on patriarchy occurs due to it being an oppressive system to women and only through discussions and questioning it may be disrupted. The collection of the corpus was aiming to demonstrate the different types of sexism found in the analyzed page, which are: man who is sexist, woman who reproduce sexism, and the rupture. The results obtained were satisfactory because it showed the premise proposed by the paper that patriarchal ideology is still massive in our society. O objetivo do trabalho é mostrar quais efeitos de sentidos sustentam o imaginário machista em nossa sociedade por meio da análise de corpus. A importância do debate sobre o patriarcado se dá em razão de ser um sistema opressivo às mulheres e somente por meio de discussões e questionamentos poderá haver o rompimento. A coleta do corpus foi visando demonstrar os diferentes tipos de machismo encontrados na página analisada, que são: homem machista, mulher que reproduz o machismo e a ruptura.
