Resumo: The evaluation process of Universidade Tecnológica Federal do Paraná has undergone some changes in end of year of 2010, on this Resolution nº. 112/10-COEPP of November 29, 2010. Paragraphs 1 to 4 of Article 34 of this resolution discuss this change, which among other talks about the evaluation process, it is part of course pedagogical project, this should be built collectively, to meet the specified in the regulations, the evaluations together with the the number, its modalities and criteria, to be explicit in the teaching plan, remember that the teacher should allow the recovery of the academic achievement through the revaluation should be spread over and / or the end of the semester, says the student to be considered approved in the discipline must have a frequency equal to or greater than 75% and final grade equal to or greater than 6.0 which should consider all the evaluations required under the teaching plan. From this regulation, the changes made were discussed with scholars and professors of chemistry this change, verifying the acceptability and expectations of both teachers and students about the change. It was notice by both the research agreement as the divergence of opinions between teachers and students on some issues, but we noticed that teachers and scholars regard as fundamentally important the realization of evaluations.
