Paver® are Portland cement blocks and represent a viable solution for paving streets and sidewalks. A Paver® manufacturing machine is a simple and compact equipment, and has fewer steps in the process, comprising an aggregates pan mixer that makes the mixing of input products, which comprises five types, being natural sand, artificial sand, gravel, water and cement. This mixture results in a homogeneous mass that once compressed provides resistant blocks. This paper deals with the installation of an automated system for positioning control of Paver® transport plates over mats, as well as the installation and control of elevators that place and remove plates from racks. Then it is presented the mat control system responsible for racks positioning and development of Paver® extractor controller and the base plate tilter. Finally, the results of this work will be presented and discussed. |
