Resumo: This work covers the various steps for the development of a biotelemetry system, it determines the best techniques for the communication between Units that form the system. The system used a class-E amplifier, class-D retctifier, amplitude modulation and demodulation and the inductive link is formed by 3D coils. After the theorical analysis, a biotelemetry system was developed and occurred the transmission of data and energy through the 3D inductive link for distances of 2 mm and 5mm between the coils for a data rate of 9600 bps. The energy transmission occurred for a maximum distance of 10 mm.
