The present study aims to present the installation of an electric energy meter in the brf industry in Francisco Beltrão, thereby exposing the cost of electricity to the industry in real time. It is proposed to install a device for measuring and diagnosing electrical energy, in order to obtain a better use of energy, and with the acquisition of the data obtained from this device, generate power distribution guideline. Results of the proposed system are presented in the areas of Chicken slaughter, Slaughter of turkeys and Factory of rations of the industry brf - Francisco Beltrão. The industry in question uses the Unit of Production (UP) method, which is based on the cost of each production process to calculate the cost of production of an industry. This will be exemplified step by step from the model elaborated by Allora and Oliveira (1995), and not from brf products. Due to the high number of operational stations (PO) (approximately 500) that would require a time that exceeds the delivery date of the Course Completion Work. |
