This work presents the specification of diametric compression testing machine for concrete tubes. The concrete tubes has great participation on basic circle of sanitation industry operations. I reason of that, has great control of resistance compression, taking part the pressures and efforts that the tubes are submitted when it goes through installation and underground settlement. The machine has capability to try different tubes with different shapes, besides a range of 15 different tubes diameters, that range since 200mm to 2000mm, due by ABNT NBR 08890 standard. For this, lower supports properly dimensioned and spaced apart of tube was necessary. The project was builded by a CAD software, has a hydraulic system to apply the necessary path and load, strength transducer to low error reading, according to project requirements. The existing machines are differing by hydraulic system load capability and path operation. It`s mercantilism give by big and medium size concrete tube industry that need of this test to prove yours tubes efficiency to sell, because the machine exemption the tubes transport and handling of this in another place. Concludes therefore, that the work satisfy the pretend goals. Performing the ABNT NBR 08890 standard requirements. |
