The ammonia vapor compression system and the ammonia absorption system are currently prominent in the field of refrigeration. In the present work will be presented, a comparative between these two refrigeration systems applied in the cooling of the oil from compressors to screw. Initially, a thermodynamic analysis was performed to obtain thermal dimensioning parameters of each system. A heat transfer analysis was applied to the evaporator and the condenser to obtain the thermal exchange area of each component. With the variation of the energy sources for operation of each system, it was possible to compare the cost of operation of each system. Finally, the data of the analysis are presented, focusing on the choice of the appropriate cooling system to exert the oil cooling from the compressor to the screw. |
