This research is focused on the logistics of transporting eggs being sought to assess losses in egg production line during transportation thereof, from production to the hatchery. At this preliminary stage, through vibration analysis, characterization of the eggs takes place. For such a theoretical-conceptual and practical approach of the literature will be made to understand the subject and outline the direction of future research that will contribute to the improvement of the productive chain of chicken cycle, the process of transport of eggs and also to handling these in the incubation phase. |
