This paper presents the development of a new method of analysis of mechanical vibrations, operating in a different way of the methods already developed and widely spread among industries and laboratories. The development of this methodology has the objective of facilitating a vibration analysis process which difficulty level of achievement is high. Also looks forward to develop a low cost system of measurement compared with the current precision measurement systems. The vibration analysis by image processing presented errors within the same level of contact sensors, even when subjected to adverse conditions. It can operate in areas where the contact sensors are unable or impracticable, thus ensuring a quick, low cost and reliable test. |
