This paper presents a case study that assesses the management of work safety and ergonomics in a company that produces aluminum household utensils located in the southwestern region of Paraná, aiming to know the actions that are present in the productive process related to ergonomics and safety Of work. The study indicated that the company invests in developing the quality of its products in an integrated way to the development of the environment and the safety of its workers. Throughout the study was carried out along with the SESMT staff of the company, a stopover of pauses and the suggestion of protective improvements and comfort. The six sigma methodology was used in order to speed up the management diagnosis. The results for the company provided greater satisfaction to employees in the face of improved working conditions and reduced risk. |
