The present work was developed to synthesize oxides of Perovskita LaFeO3 and La[Fe1-xTix] O3 (X = 0.005 and 0.01) synthesized by the method of the polymer precursors, calcined at 800 ºC and 1000 ºC and characterized by the diffraction Xray, Structural refinement by Rietveld method, infrared absorption spectroscopy with Fourier transform, scanning electron microscopy. It was observed that the calcined samples at 800 ° C presented a disordered crystallite growth as well as unit cell volume and density, thus characterizing the difficulty of insertion of Ti+4 in the structure. However the sample X = 0.005 calcined at 1000 ºC presented parameters comparable to the literature that prove the insertion of the Ti+4 ion in the Perovskita structure. All samples showed the Perovskita LaFeO3 majority phase proving the efficiency of the synthesis method used to produce the same. |
