Today, people who are blind, whether total or partial, have various difficulties in dayto- day, often this happens because they are dependent on others, either to read, to get around or make any other routine activity. To improve the quality of life and enable these people to become more autonomous, this paper proposes an application for the Android platform that helps people with low vision reading activity, and processing the text captured by the camera to Android device increasing it on display or through the synthesis of this to the user. Thus, the user himself can choose the best system option according to their disability or with the text that should be interpreted. |
