Decision-making regarding the use of resources can be dependent on many criteria and variables. This process becomes more critical as resources are scarce. In public institutions such as Universities, the application of resources is always a difficult decision task. The multiplicity of interests and needs involved in applying resources makes this laborious and difficult process. Methodology MultiCriteria Decision Aid - Constructivist aims to provide a process of decision support based on interests and decision-making criteria. The complexity of the methodology and the multiplicity of concepts involved justify the use of an information system for application of the MCDA-C. A computer application that implements this methodology was developed as a result of this work. Using this application each manager or decision maker can set your decision making to support model. The tool is flexible and allows you to customize the models according to the criteria of the decision maker and the specifics of each problem being treated or each resource to be applied. |
