Resumo: The necessity to make decisions that must taking account the market changes and oscillations are frequently challenging and important to the surviving of the companies. The agribusiness situation is not different, the market changes have affects on the activities, defining products price and the financial situation of the companies. Managers of agribusiness enterprises such as that buy and sell cereals need to be everyday following the market and own business changes to define the decisions would be made. These decisions are over buy or sell products (cereals) e about the money they can afford to make strategic planning. Aiming to offer a way to facilitate the management and make strategic decisions, as a result of this work, using Business Intelligence, indicators (performance and financial) were developed. These indicators present business information to agribusiness managers in a dashboard, Excel sheets and Portable Document Format files (PDF).
