Resumo: As the companies grow in technology or in organization level, grows also the need to use computers for many tasks. This situation occurs in public and the private organizations. In Federal University of Technology – Paraná (UTFPR), because it is a teaching institution currently has many computers that act as tools that help in the process of teaching and learning and are used by both students and teachers and the servers themselves that realize administrative tasks of institution. The sector responsible for maintenance called user support division (DIMASU) is the responsible sector for providing the required support to all the users that need help or that have any problem with computers, printers, and some electronic equipments of University. In this work it is proposed the development of a software for the use of members of the DIMASU sector, to control calls and activities related to the maintenance of the equipments of all UTFPR sectors that have computers and printers and related devices. The system was developed with web technologies using specific frameworks such as Primefaces and Spring Security. The main functionalities developed are the registration of work orders, the calculation of the average time of attendance, control of stock, registration of purchase orders, control of levels of access of registered users and generation of reports and graphs.
