This study presents the methods and concepts to the development and operation of a 3D scanner. This scanner is capable of digitalizing information from a real model, generating a point cloud file, which can be modified by some specific softwares. All the constructive aspects such as electronic, mechanics and software are discussed. By using triangulation with laser and camera, this project seeks to create a product capable of competing with similar ones in the market, in order to fulfill a need from the partner company. |
