Resumo: The Geographical Databases are structures capable of storing data and relate them to their geographical locations. The purpose of this paper is to apply the Geographical Database concepts in the mapping of Digital Inclusion Programs in South and Southeast of Brazil. For this, shall be used the type of geographic data classified as Cadastral Data, where each element in the map is an object that has its attributes. This way is performed by means of theoretical referential, a description of what is the Digital Inclusion and what are the programs: Cidades Digitais, SERPRO de Inclusão Digital and Espaço Cidadão used as a data source. Also describes the concepts that involve the Geographic Databases, such as Systems of Geographic Information and modeling of geographic data. To model the geographic data was used the OMT-G model and to insert the data in database was used shapefile files that allow graphic visualization of the geometries. Finally, we analyzed the data displayed by GIS: TerraView, QuantumGIS and gvSIG, and to improve data visualization, it was created a vision in the database, where the gvSIG presented the best result.
