Resumo: |
The search for increased productivity is essential for any company that wants to remain competitive in the metallurgy market, because the sector's competition has been increasing year by year and clients are increasingly looking for excellence in the fulfillment of their requests. For companies to remain competitive in the market, it is fundamentally important to constantly manage production processes, seeking the best productivity, avoiding unnecessary failures and losses, allowing the equipment to be always available to produce. The present work was developed based on the SIPOC tool (Supplier; Input; Process; Output; Customer), with the purpose of describing the key processes that the company has, presenting which are the inputs and outputs of each of the processes, as well as the main suppliers and customers. |
