The driver can put the ride available in the application until a few minutes before his departure, putting the starting point and end point that would be the university, as well as the time of arrival at the destination. The arrival time as well as the end point are the common data that the driver and the hitchhikers have, and in that way the application will join these two parts. In order for a project of this size to take shape, its initial planning is essential. Therefore, this article studied the economic point of view and elaborates a feasibility plan, thus facilitating the decision as to whether the investment should be made or not. Through a data collection made with professionals of the area, data was collected as initial and monthly costs for the application to run normally. With this and with an average daily ticket, the cash flow was created and from there, analyzes were done on the project. Being such analyzes, sensitivity analysis, scenario analysis and payback. It was found as the most sensitive variables are the growth rate and number of initial users. And also, resulting from the study, in a baseline scenario, the project is feasible. With this new application, an option for the mobility problem was presented in a fair way, where the student will pay for the distance traveled, while sharing the costs with other people in the ride. estination. Para solucionar o problema de mobilidade entre os estudantes universitários do Brasil, foi proposto a criação de um aplicativo multi-plataforma (iOS, Android, Windows e MacOS) no qual teria a função de juntar estudantes com carro que querem economizar na sua ida a universidade compartilhando os custos do trajeto e estudantes que estão cansados do mal serviço provido pelo transporte coletivo, de modo a agilizar e baratear os custos dos dois lados. O motorista pode colocar a carona disponível no aplicativo até alguns minutos antes da sua saída, colocando o ponto de partida e o ponto final que seria a universidade, assim como o horário de chegada no destino. O horário de chegada bem como o ponto final são os dados em comum que o motorista e os caroneiros tem, e dessa forma o aplicativo juntará essas duas partes. Para que um projeto desse porte tome forma, é imprescindível o seu planejamento inicial, com isso, o presente artigo estudou o ponto de vista econômico e elaborar um plano de viabilidade, e dessa forma facilitar a decisão sobre se o investimento deve ser feito ou não. Por meio de uma coleta de dados feita com profissionais da área, foram coletados dados como custos iniciais e mensais para que o aplicativo rode normalmente. Com isso e com um ticket médio diário, criou-se o fluxo de caixa e a partir dele, foram feitas as análises sobre o projeto. Sendo essas análises, a análise de sensibilidade, análise de cenários e payback. Foi encontrado como as variáveis mais sensíveis a taxa de crescimento e número de usuários iniciais. E também, resultante do estudo, num cenário base, o projeto é viável. Com essa nova aplicação, foi apresentada uma opção ao problema de mobilidade de uma forma justa, onde o estudante pagará pela distância percorrida, ao mesmo tempo que compartilhará os custos com as outras pessoas da carona.
