The food industry has great socioeconomic importance for Brazil, having a large participation in the Brazilian GDP. This work demonstrates a case study in the use of the initial steps of the autonomous maintenance in a process of manufacture of pregelatinized products, aiming to describe the steps of cleaning and inspection, measures against dirt and elaboration of standard operating procedures, to identify the main Sources of losses and failures in the industry and to compare indicators of equipment before and during the implementation of the method. |
