This paper demonstrates a bibliographical survey of tools and systematic planning techniques of vehicle maintenance as well as a systematic approach to techniques for the investigation and control of processes using among several tools available for this purpose the techniques of CEP (Statistical Process Control ), as a case study suggesting possible interventions to be undertaken in the process in order to improve the performance of the maintenance department, seeking to improve indexes of availability of vehicles for the traffic department. Demonstrating real case of determined company, where despite of whole a procedure deployed and mature can find failure and consequently the appointment of improvement in this process. |
