Resumo: This study describes the development of a flyback converter for a equipment in application of phototherapy in the treatment of wound healing. It discusses LEDs and their use in low intensity phototherapy compared to LASER technology, especially in the treatment of wound healing. Defines an array of LEDs with wavelength, power and geometry suitable for application of phototherapy in the treatment of woun healing. Presents the modeling, simulation and construction of a flyback converter applied to the LED array. The works result in a topology and design methodology for building an LED array and an electronic flyback converter suitable for LED low intensity phototherapy in the treatment of wound healing.
