The present work presents the construction of a prototype of an equipment whose objective is the automatic storage and retrieval of palletized loads, in logistic storage structures, commercially called Autonomous Car Loader. In the development of the same were studied some Autonomous Car Loader, present in the market, to understand the principle of operation and main necessary requirements for the construction of the prototype. For the implementation of the firmware the Arduino Mega 2560 platform was used in association with ultrasonic sensors, in order to detect the horizontal movement limit switches, LEDs and pushbuttons were also used to simulate actuators and sensors. |
