Maintenance has been one industrial department with great increase over time. This fact gives a new look to Preventive Maintenance, which is what to do before the machine breaks. This breaks produces times without production, what is completely unviable inside competitive environment of industries currently. Equipment that affects the ambient security are also considered critical in this case. Therefore, this work presents a development of a preventive maintenance plan to a spark extinction electronic system inside a wood processing industry. The equipment acts straight on production lines, protecting containers and exhaust fans of these lines against fire and explosions. Over the development of this work, it was applied the methodology of Maintenance Centered in Reliability, allied to other tools like maintenance indicators and an equation to calculate the preventive maintenance times. |
