This work used the methodology for the certification of buildings specified in the Technical Quality Requirements (RTQ-C) of the Energy Efficiency Level of Commercial, Service and Public Buildings. Prescriptive and simulation methods were applied. Based on these methods, this survey consists of applying the RTQ-C to obtain the energy efficiency classification of Ponta Grossa campus of UTFPR. This way, the simulation method was performed using the Domus software and the results obtained were compared with the indices provided by the prescriptive method. After this comparison, these results were also compared with the values obtained through the WebPrescritivo online tool. In order to increase the energy efficiency of the building, proposals for improvements in the architectural design and usability were verified. Regarding the application of these methodologies, it was observed that the use of WebPrescritivo is easily accessible. However, the prescriptive and simulation methods need to be complemented in relation to the description of the input parameters of the project. |
